    • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated

    • Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the original assessment

    We do not carry out additional work without your approval.

    • A confirmed installation date and time window will be provided

    • A licensed plumber will attend your property

    • Access must be available to relevant areas (kitchen, plumbing, external connections)

    Customer responsibilities:

    • Ensure clear and safe access to installation areas

    • Notify us of any known plumbing issues before installation

    • Secure pets where required

    If access is not available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Simple and secure.

    • Payment terms are outlined on your quote or invoice

    • A deposit may be required to secure your installation

    • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

    Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice.

    • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes

    • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee

    • Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged a service fee

    This ensures we can manage our schedule fairly for all customers.

    • Installation workmanship is covered under warranty

    • Warranty periods vary depending on the system

    Please note:

    • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance

    • Filters and consumables are not covered under long-term warranty
