Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the original assessment

What to expect on installation day.
A confirmed installation date and time window will be provided
A licensed plumber will attend your property
Access must be available to relevant areas (kitchen, plumbing, external connections)
Customer responsibilities:
Ensure clear and safe access to installation areas
Notify us of any known plumbing issues before installation
Secure pets where required
If access is not available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

A deposit may be required to secure your installation
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice.

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
