Founded by Alex, a licensed plumber with over a decade of hands-on experience (since 2011), & his All-Things-Health Wife, Maddi, our business was born from a simple truth: what goes into your home, especially your water, should support your family’s wellbeing, not put it at risk.
With years of plumbing experience behind us, expanding into water filtration was a natural step toward helping families live healthier. Just once a year! Our system uses a three-stage internal filtration setup—including 1 sediment filter and 2 advanced Chemical/Contaminant filters. We’ll even remind you when it’s time and arrange your annual maintenance and filter replacement for a hassle-free experience.

For those who want the highest level of purity specifically for drinking water, our Reverse Osmosis (RO) system offers a more advanced level of filtration. RO effectively removes dissolved and hard-to-filter contaminants such as fluoride, salts, PFAS, hormones, pharmaceuticals, and other microscopic impurities that standard filters may miss.

Many of our customers choose to install both systems for comprehensive coverage—filtered water at every tap and extra-pure water at the kitchen sink.

You don’t have to worry—we’ll let you know! Once your system is installed, you’ll be added to our customer database, which activates your warranty and automatically enrolls you in our filter replacement reminder system.
Around 11 months after installation, we’ll get in touch to remind you, with timing tailored to your specific setup and water usage. Your replacement schedule is customised based on your system configuration, local water quality, and household water consumption.

We offer a 5-year warranty on our Whole House Filtration & RO Systems, covering both parts and workmanship. To ensure your system remains covered under warranty, there are a few important conditions:

Installation must be completed by our qualified plumber, Alex, to activate and maintain your warranty. Alex is fully licensed and experienced in fitting our systems to Australian standards, ensuring everything is installed correctly and legally.
🔧 Ongoing Maintenance Must Be Carried Out by Us
To keep your 5-year warranty valid, annual maintenance and filter replacements must also be performed by our team. This ensures your system is serviced correctly using the appropriate certified components, and that it continues to function at peak performance.

While full whole-home systems are typically installed externally at free standing homes, apartment residents may still have options. In many cases, an under-sink system is the most practical solution. However, we’re happy to visit your property and assess whether it's possible to intercept the mains water supply to your unit or apartment. We will guide you to the best solution for clean, filtered water in your space.
